Position Overview:

Responsible for working with existing client portfolio within the Catapult New Business brand. Manages day to day tactical new business initiatives set forward by our Sales Directors and our Strategy Lead, in order to better drive new business to the agencies we consult. Helps support the Sales Director’s daily functions and Strategy Lead’s initiatives while also offering advice on marketing strategy as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Expert advisor in marketing automation, email best practices, and agency business development
  2. Create and manage all outbound email campaigns
  3. Create, manage, and set up CRM (Salesforce) for Sales Directors and clients
  4. Manage audience pool and research of new contacts
  5. Develop pre-meeting briefs with Sales Directors
  6. Ensure that any outbound campaigns are all launched in a timely manner
  7. Report on email effectiveness across accounts
  8. Develop SOPs for future clients based off of current standards

Expected Outcomes:

  1. Increase client retention
  2. Drive results for Sales Directors
  3. Develop new business processes to streamline efforts
